<p>Here is the second installment in the new workout series.</p>
<p>These new Level 2 Kettlebell Workout Programs cycle Hard, Moderate and Light workouts through the week and require that you have at least 2 kettlebells, a Medium and Light weight. The overall program details are located in the manual linked to below including how to pick your kettlebell sizes.</p>
<p>Read the workouts and put them together over the course of a training week.</p>
